I ordered a dress and got scammed. Paid double the amount. I went back and forth trying to get info about the dress. Ordered on Aug 22, and they denied my refund on Aug 25. I've got emails to back up my claims. Reported this to PayPal, the Better Business Bureau, and my bank to get my money back. Also, I found the same dress on another site for half the price.

I haven't received a refund. I've sent 10 emails, and they won't give me an address to send it back. Seriously, just avoid this place.

My daughter discovered the perfect prom dress, but the shop didn’t carry a small enough size for her. We got the name of the designer and looked it up online. I ordered 6 dresses, but only one arrived with a tag and some extra beads. The other five? No tags or beads at all. Plus, one of the dresses was missing a bunch of beads. What a bummer!

The dress came with a strap already torn and had a small stain on the material. We're getting in touch with our tailor to fix the tear. Plus, it showed up crammed into a filthy plastic FedEx bag that was just left on the porch in the rain. Not exactly the level of service you'd expect for a prom gown that costs full price.
